We recently moved into Sylvan Woods. This is an over 55 community new construction with very nice amenities. The buildings are modern, beautiful and kept immaculate. But we really wanted to thank property managers for helping us make the move. We feel like they are part of our family, just wonderful people! We are also so happy with the location. Drive north and in minutes you have access to every store and highly rated restaurant imaginable. ShopRite, Stop & Shop, Aldi, Twin Ponds Farm Market, Jersey Mike's, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. Then you have Lowe's, Walmart, Target, Home Goods, Ulta, Kohl's, Famous Footwear, Wawa, Quick Check and so much more. Need more, the Freehold Raceway Mall is a short drive north as well. PS, the Georgian Chef is one of the restaurants that is excellent and well worth a visit.

I've recently moved into Sylvan Woods. Buildings are really nice and modern, apartments are very nice and with high quality appliances. Clubhouse is not finished yet but can't wait to start using it. Management team were super helpful since beginning, both very responsive and communicative people. Location is really good, close to any stores or restaurants. Highly recommended!

The Sales Manager, is an absolute dream to work with. She is the real deal. Whatever she tells you, you can count on 100%. The property is an ideal oasis steps from Route 9 in Howell and will likely become one of the most sought after rentals in the area.

I recently toured this property with my mom. She is selling her house and was nervous about the process of looking at other places to live. The property manager was wonderful to work with. She was extremely nice and very knowledgeable but what really impressed me was the way she should compassion for my mom’s situation and made the apartment feel like a home before my mom would even move in! The apartment complex is new construction with many amenities. I highly recommend this 55+ adult community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained space!
